Return Process

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
